I had ask my nurse because I was having some pain also in the same spot but mine was my incision was irritated from my pants and hurt she told me if I was to start having any stabbing pain or hurting when you pushed down on the area to call my surgeon that it could be a hernier so you should call your surgeon and let them know your having that pain -

Hi everyone hope everyone is doing well today just reading everyones comments and want to say thank you to everyone... when i start feeling down i come here and read the comments and it makes me feel better i was feeling a little down about not losing the weight fast enough im goin to be a month out on the 6th and lost 28 lbs so far i felt i should have lost more already but reading helped me see im not the only one feeling this way.. -

wow thats crazy hope ur feeling better i haven't got to that point yet think im a call my surgeon tomorrow and ask him what can i do im scared of hurting my kidneys since im not putting much in and not flushing my kidneys much -

i'm march 6th also i find i have a lot of trouble getting my fluids i don't feel thirsty i use to love drinking water and now i cant i try clear choice and i sip on that for about 3 to 4 hours i'm lucky if i get about 36 oz a day between my protein shake and clear choice or tea... is anyone else having trouble with fluid intake???? -

I have really bad heart burn after surgery is that the same as acid reflux??? My doctor put me on medication and said it might last a few months -

Thank you hope you do too i have to start being harder on myself about my protein i dont like the shakes and i dont like the stuff you sprinkle on your food so i haven't had much protein and i know its bad what do you do to get your protein? -

i take pantoprazole twice a day since its so bad and it helps a lot and i thought it was goin to be easy since i had a band i knew about the diet and everything but its totally different i struggle with the cravings and i know its in my head i just got to take things one day at a time and i find this site to be very helpful to me im glad i found it thank you for reaching out to me -
