    I want pizza!

I would say take a couple bites, I am sure you won't want to swallow it again.
  5. That's obviously correct. I attempted to get it done off site. They covered the lap band and the bypass. But not the sleeve
  6. I looked it up, it's not a procedure they cover. I had to get rid of tricare to get it done
  7. You can add Protein to chobani yogurt, this will make it 30 grams of protein. I would also add protein to the soup and get an extra 8-10 grams. I use Isopure non flavored Protein Powder. If you use an abundance of it, it will add a weird taste. I am able to add a half scoop in my yogurt and quarter scoop on a cup of cream of chicken soup. You can also make your own smoothie. Add a whole scoop for 30 grams of protien. I have a vitamixer, so I am able to add veggies. Ice Yogurt Small carrot Piece of fruit Quarter cup of juice, I use orange juice I found them easy to drink, you can always change the flavor based off the yogurt and juice

    Energy and vacation

I would think you would be fatigued, but I would continue walking right now to build up your stamina. The proper food will be very difficult for you. I would be prepared with the right foods

    smaller the average sleeve?

I am approaching 8 weeks, I can only eat 2 oz chicken at a time. I am very happy to have the restriction like it is. I have done really well losing weight. One thing you should know is: just because your time line says you can eat regular food, you should only introduce it slowly. I have found myself going back to the puréed phase. I am then able to take more in with better comfort.

    Stall 7 weeks out

Just do strictly Protein, less than 20 carbs for 1 week. You weight will move. Also your body has to catch up to your weight loss.

    NO ENERGY!:(

I am 7 weeks out, i have lost 43 pounds since surgery. I get in my Protein and Water, but my calories are still low. I feel tired alot, I play golf and I can tell you walking the course is very laboring. I actually feel weak, but this is to be expected until I can take in more calories. I just started taking all my supplements. If you don't get a list let me know

    Hunger

I was sleeved on 3/20. I have lost 34 pounds total. I now eat real food. I always take Protein in first. I fill up very quick. I do eat chobani yogurt and oatmeal, but I and a extra 15 grams of protein powder to it (this ups my yogurt to 31 grams of protein). My oatmeal I add 15 grams of protein. Just stay to a plan that works best for you, never attempt to over eat.

    First day home

I agree, follow doctors order. Thin them out with water or skim milk

    Hungry?

I would eat 5 times a day. If you follow the rules with drinking and eating you will be busy all day putting something in your body.
