Ok folks its been a year and its time for the next step plastics. I had my surgery and now the extra skin has to go !! I" wanna go back to Mexico Ready for a change was my choice with Dr. Garcia and Luna......who are they referring to for plastics??? and who does ready for a change suggest?

i had a child with constant constipation and digestive issues so i know this topic well..............these items worked well for her over the years and they are natural..................kiwi fruit, prune juice, walnuts, bananas, aloe vera, pears, apple juice, black strap molasses and of course bran!

i no longer can eat peanut butter, eggs, string cheese, bread, salmon, and rice

hello I am in Jacksonville, Florida and I actually had the experience of going to memorial hospital a few weeks ago for a nausea issue because it was considered a center of excellence for bariatrics. It was the worst experience of my life and i have since i only go to baptist at the beaches

u know what i never heard that...but i felt like something released or popped about week 3 or 4 and after that i felt 50% better....now i am about 85% 2 months out

as fr as the 300 cal issue...i simply don't want anything to eat most of the time....and the 300 cal. estimate is VERY generous...most days its around 170....I just don't want to eat most days...

Since my surgery 2 months ago I was losing weight very fast a whopping total of 55 pounds....but I think that i just hit my first stall....and I am shocked.....still I barely eat a thing maybe 300 calories per day and it has been this way since the actual surgery...how am I stalling??

I decided to celebrate my 8 week anniversary with my first beef meal at the burger mecca ----5 guys!!! I had 2 bites and threw up for the first time in about 3 weeks..............those two bites were wonderful but oh boy that quickly changed...........i have heard people say beef that they have the most trouble with beef products but Help!! I have ALWAYS loved beef any suggestions?
