baby the nausea had me by the nipps for 2 weeks until i finally contacted my surgeon and he told me about zofan..........I used it twice and the nausea disappeared....now that i am on the soft food phase...all of the thing that i use to love don't agree with me....yeah it sucks...just try small portions of things and i also use baby spoons....it takes awhile but i am finally keeping things down

Hello wonderful people!!!! I fainted Saturday ....(lack of nutrients and hot Florida auditorium for my kindergartners graduation)...and the Dr. who responded along with ems gave me a sprite. I didn't even realize it until i had drank over half. But baby it was good and cold......and I seemed to actually have a little energy after consuming it...i am 4 weeks out and I am having trouble getting in my fluids only 40 oz per day and about 40 grams of protein. so i have had my first with no problems.....

with my pre-op diet I only lost 4 lbs.....

I went to panera too..black bean soup and corn chowder...oh black cherry smoothie...of course i didnt eat much but i froze the excess for later

Is the pre-op liquid diet primarily to cleanse your system in preparation for your surgery or to help you lose weight?

I was sleeved 5 days ago and i feel like crap....cant eat or drink....i have nausea and vomit at the drop of a hat. I compare this to being in a knife fight and losing....oh yeah I lost 10 pounds.....................I wonder why?

well you guys were right its day 7 and I just drank 10oz of gatorade without vomiting. Sooooo happy! I am drinking 10 oz of gatorade a day to help me stay away from those IV'S for dehydration. I am too happy right now. I had actually got to the point where I vomited until I had dried blood coming up from my surgery so this relief is a relief. Now I just got to get my 64 oz of liquid in and 60g of protein isopure here i come baby!! ****oh and side note...how do I boost my energy back to where it was?

Well ive only lost 4 lbs!!! and cheated only once and that was in the middle of the 7 days........... and this sucks..so tomorrow is my day hope those 3 lbs were just the fat on my liver....

Ms. Pinckney has made my hair flawless for over 6 years and just got cast in a Rick Ross video...and she has keep me flawless for all my big girl beauty pageants. But this is not a promotion for her rather a a suggestion for anyone who is worried about losing their hair or has lost it. I am currently 2 days pre-op and we have discussed several options from Quick weaves with invisible parts to sewn in weaves with universals. Ultimately, ladies if this is a concern get you a great hairdresser and talk it out and form a plan of action...so your your look can remain perfect....there are options for you! I purchased a ninja...and boy oh boy is it great! I was in wal-mart during the holiday and was positioned to buy a magic bullet but these two people stopped me and said the ninja was so much more worth it...and they were right

its just weird folks!! and he really is surprised by it....

O.K I think I'm so nervous that I am starting to substitute sex for food! I just attempted to molest my hubby again and this just started! I really don't think about food anymore just sex, sex, sex...it actually calms me down when I get antsy. Am I the only one who has experienced this?

well as I said its the only thin that calms me down..........
