Great inspiration I'm down eighty pounds but still have over a hundred and thirty to go. Starting to feel a little fearful that I've gone as far as I can go. Stalls can be debilitating. I agree, I use Unjury chocolate splendor powder mixed with unsweetened almond milk and then I pour it into decaf coffee over lots of ice with a shot of sugarfree Torani hazelnut syrup. -

I went through the same frustration and anguish, gained weight after surgery and didn't lose for about three weeks. But in retrospect I'm down 75 pounds

Two week post my weight was still up from surgery. It took me a few weeks for it to go back down. Your body will move at its own rate despite ypur doctor's expectations. Congratulations on a job well done.
