    Great inspiration I'm down eighty pounds but still have over a hundred and thirty to go. Starting to feel a little fearful that I've gone as far as I can go. Stalls can be debilitating.     I agree, I use Unjury chocolate splendor powder mixed with unsweetened almond milk and then I pour it into decaf coffee over lots of ice with a shot of sugarfree Torani hazelnut syrup.

    Two week post my weight was still up from surgery. It took me a few weeks for it to go back down. Your body will move at its own rate despite ypur doctor's expectations. Congratulations on a job well done.
