Crackers? W/ tuna? Feta? Anything? I've gotten mixed reviews on this

I told some of my "friends" at work. Those how I felt we're trustworthy. By the time I came back, I was hearing rumors that I had gotten a tummy tuck, Lipo, lapband, even had a baby! Sups had found out.... Exactly who I didn't want to know... Management. You will be surprised to find out how many people smile in your face and are happy for you as long as you aren't doing better or looking better than you. It slapped me in the face... Big time. In short, my advice is keep it between you and HR. best way to go. I wish I would have kept my mouth closed.

So I'm just 2days shy of 30days PO. I've had no BM for 2wks.... Don't feel like I'm constipated. Just don't have the feelin to go. Any suggestions? Should I be worried?

Am I in trouble?? I will hit 30 days PO tomorrow. I had shrimp fried rice last night. I had about 4 shrimps n some rice, maybe half a cup if that! Was this too much? I did pace myself. And it was delicious. I'm scared I did too much. Help!

I was surprised too. I think I had about 8 small forks worth of rice.

Attempted to take my vitamins a bit ago, couldn't finish all of them before I started throwing up (ugh I kno, sorry!) Well I noticed some specks of blood. Not sure if I should worry or not. I'm 19days PO, thinking it might be from stomach healing? I don't know. Help!

When is tuna ok to eat??

I'm in soft foods and starting to stress out over what to eat. I ate eggs for the first time in like 25yrs the other day just cuz I couldn't figure out what else to eat! Ugh this sleeve

Or foods do y'all keep at work?? I'm currently in soft foods stage. My dumb self decided to come back to work after 2wks n I'm going crazy. Any ideas??

When was your surgery?

I need your input! I am 12days post op, and on soft foods. Are those naked juices ok? There's also another brand ( I forget the name) that has a bottles juices called I believe green power and it's kale, cucumber, apples etc all juiced. Please advice!!

Need help!!! First day on soft foods.... Can I eat bananas? And can we drink coffee? Decaf?
