Panera Bread OMG!!!!!!!! I bought it at Target in their cold section and had a slice of Avocado the BOMB. I just had to share finally found something I can eat and LOVE!!!! Btw I'm 13days post op, soft foods stage AND -29lbs. Yayy

I need your feed back!!! First yr was absolutely great. Only problem is from that the last 6 mo I haven't gotten so lazy and slowly falling into some old bad habits. I went from 272lbs to 179 now back up to 187. I plateau for about 4-5mo which got me depressed, I started eating bad n it all went down hill. I'm starting to feel like I am somehow unconsciously sabotaging myself. I was so active just a couple months ago, mentally not sure if this is a stage or what. The only things I haven't gone back to is soda, beef and pork. I'm afraid I have stretched my stomach some. Has anyone been able to train their stomach back to only being able to eat smaller portions. I'm stuck your help is soooooooooooooo appreciated. Thanks

After 10yrs I can look forward to gettin on a roller coaster. Last experience I was told I current ride cuz I was to fat.

I know, I know weirdest thing ever. I know. I think I'm in mourning of my old self, my fat, I don't know something. It hit me the other day when I saw my skin in the mirror the other day. My thought was "wow. I'm really loosing weight." I started the year at 272, preop (May. 28) at 258, current weight is 195. I don't want this to get bigger than what it is. Has anyone else been through this before. Pre surgery I didn't care what changed my body went through as long as I lost weight now I'm getting bouts if sadness, and I'm not even 100% sure why Any input is GREATLY appreciated!

I've been havin stomach flu symptoms since yesterday and I feel like dying. No really diarrhea (sorry!) and no vomiting but I've been having sharp pains it hurts so bad! I went to see my PCP he said it was most likely stomach flu. Labs and X-ray came back ok. What to do??!!! I'm dying I'm in so much pain :,( On a happy note I finally was weighed yesterday after 2wks and I'm finally in onederland!!!!! Preop I was 272 now I'm 199 surgery was on 5/28.

I'm not an alcoholic don't get me wrong. I'm scared to drink, but wondering when did u just start to try it??!!!

How long has it been since ur surgery?

For 2 wks now I haven't really been able to eat. I full even faster, and almost everything makes me get acid reflux. I'm able to eat about half of what I was eating since I've been cleared for solids. I get my Protein in, but when I feel hungry and try to eat I can do maybe 3 bites and I'm done. Anyone else gone through this or going through this?!

Very early on I was told that I would need to find a new BC method because the pill will no longer be effective post surgery due to my new stomach it would no longer be as effective. So I changed it to the IUD before I had surgery.

Is anyone able to eat cereal??!!!

Yes!!! After being stalled for 3 weeks at 233 I weighed myself this morning and BOOM 229. I'm soooo happy and more motivated for my hike this am

I just had mine a month ago and there's no way I could eat a six in sub lol. But my taste buds did kinda chg. for example some things taste very salty to me.
