Hi, Charla, we made it! I'm sitting at the Marriott! Here we go, our surgery day has arrived. I am so thankful that I stayed on the preop diet. I'm going to drink Water as much as I can, and head to bed. Keep me posted, Jill PS The driving here is crazy! -

On the Utube videos Dr Alejandero Lopez posted videos last oct for Ready4achange and currently for Alighterme. The hospital looks the same as well. My surgery is the 19th and after reading 2 poor experiences last week, I need more info. This makes me very nervous, I don't care for an upgrade due to overbooking nor do I care to be discharged without my drains taken out. -

butterflydreamer replied to Babysteppin's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Headed to the doctor today because I was panicking in the inside, just to make sure I didn't overlook any illness. I have been eating salad and two shakes and for 6 days only to lose a pound. Panic and doubt set in, what if this doesn't work. Had a wonderful visit with my doctor, I am so really to get healthy again! I promised my self I would be fit and fourty! Let's rock our sleeves! I'm heading there on the 18th, I also think there is little info but I like the fact that its in a real hospital and 3 surgeons. I'm praying for the best. Kianna was also given a discount rate for her videos. I liked them they were informative. -

I had heart failure when I delivered my daughter almost 9 years ago, I later found out that it was caused by rheumatic fever as a child. All my doctors feel this would be the best next step for me. I am struggling to get this weight off. I am scared that I might go into heart failure again with this surgery but I feel that this is where I will be successful! I have tried many things and am continuing to learning new things and am working on creating an active life. So on the 19th I go! -

I like working out also, I have met some awesome people and I look forward to finding more people to work out with as I get smaller. It truly becomes a fun clique.
