My mid upper back hurts if I eat too much and when I say "too much" less than 2 oz per meal. Does this happen to anyone? Also, when will I be able to eat a little more than 2 oz and feel comfortable?

My nutritionist strictly told me no protien shakes at all. She wants me to eat all my protien. I see everyone using protein shakes and just wonder why I can't? Also, does anyone know how much protien we should be consuming? -

I was sleeved march 13th and I am down 19 lbs so far which I am very happy about. I have noticed the dizzy spells when I stand up too fast. When will that go away? Also walking up the stairs my heart races and feels like its pounding out of my chest and feel like a ran a marathon. Please tell me this is all normal....

Jenn I only expierence the heart racing when walking stairs so not when I am laying down. The dizziness is when getting up too fast. Does that sound like a leak???

Thanks I am trying my best to get my water down as much as possible. Hoping it goes away soon.
