    Hi guys! I am coming up on the 5 months since I got my sleeve (May 28th). I am down 82lbs from 318lbs to 236lbs. I feel great, but have to work harder now to keep the calorie count down and the exercise level up. My weight loss has slowed, but I know what I need to do. I am still hoping to lose another 20-30 lbs. I'm in it for the long haul and hope I get there.

    I was very pleased with the team at Danbury Hospital. I am coming up on 2 months post surgery and have dropped 55lbs so far. No problems except re-learning correct portion size. I feel great! Good luck to you! - Jay

    I got sleeved last Tuesday and am heading to work this morning with my water and protein shake. I feel pretty good, but know I will be wiped out by this evening. I am down 15lbs from my pre-op weight. Only about 105lbs to go.

    I will be 6 weeks post-op this coming Tuesday 07/02. Starting Tues. I get to slowly and carefully eat regular food. I am down about 45lbs from where I started. I just went to Kohl's and bought some shorts 2 sizes/4" smaller. This is starting to be fun! :-)

    I had similar symptoms last night when I ate too much, too fast. It took about an hour to pass. I had to sit or stand. It did go away though, and I feel fine now. I learned my lesson though about portion size and eating slower.

    I am very pleased so far with the Weight Loss Surgery Center at Danbury Hospital in Danbury, CT. Dr Choi and Dr Zucalla have about 20 yrs of experience between them. I am having my sleeve procedure this Tuesday at 6:00am.
