This is a big change in life, I suffer from depression before the sleeve, it is one of the worst things ever, one thing I can maybe advise is go out!!!! Spend time with a good friend and try to get your mind back on track, fresh air can really help, good luck -

Premium protien shakes at Sams have 40 grams if protien in them, I blended one today with a banana and 1/8 of nutmeg, it was the first one I've actually didn't gag on.
