Newbie here
I have lost 12 pounds in 2 weeks since my sleeve. Does that sound like a normal amount? 2 Protein Shakes a day, 2 greek yogurts = 84 grams of Protein. 40-60 oz of Water. Walk 1.5 miles on the treadmill. Does this sound like I am on the right track. I start purred foods in 7 days. Can't wait!
