I was asked to lose 20 before surgery by my surgeon. My dietician is is working on my habits. It all depends on the program/center you go to. Mine is a center of excellence.

Do you think the sleeve would be a advantage or disadvantage during a apocalypse? I think disadvantage because during those times you never know when your next meal is. :0

I heated the water before I put the mix in. Is that wrong? Lol -
my dietician didn't put me on a diet yet. She set goals for me like walking a mile every other day and to stop drinking caffeinated tea (I don't drink coffee or energy drinks) and to start working on yogurt or cottage cheese for breakfast. Basically she takes things slow and wants to work on habits. Every dietician is different though

My 2nd appointment out of 6th is on the 23rd...my last appointment is on the 26th of November =.= seems like forever and i need to lose 20 pounds as well -

for any alcohol/ soda you can't have it for a while and its just extra calories but you can have it later on. However you will get drunk way quicker than before -
