I just wanted to share with you all my story so far I am 1 yr post op now and at 8st 4lb down I have lost 62% of my excess body weight For anyone who is just starting out on this journey please take this as proof that the sleeve works ! I have had no negative side effects and can honestly say it has changed my life. I feel healthy and my kids love their new mum Its been a great 12 months and long may it continue x

Just a lot of determination. Also I stick to a high protein diet and no alcohol. I have to be honest I don't exercise but I do ensure I only eat 900 cal a day. You will get there remember everyone is different and will loose at differing rates. Keep strong xxx

Not a stall as such but it has slowed right down to about 2 lb a week now. Thank you for your reply.

Just wondered how many calories you are all eating a day. I've been counting and I'm taking in from 700 - 900 a day. Is that too much ? Just out of interest. I'm 10 months post op and have lost 108 lb so far and just want to optimise my loss. Thank you all. Xxx

I had my sleeve in March and so far I'm down 107 lb. love it. My first christmas went well although I wanted to eat more but couldn't ! I feel great. Happy christmas everyone.

hi all - I've today got to my century loss !! I'm so happy i have just got a new dress for my works xmas do - its a size 18 !!!! last yr my dress was a size 28 so i feel amazing ! i just wanted to share my good news with you all

It will be worth it but pls don't delay telling the dr about your problems. I'm 7 months out and can still get green loose stools which I guess is normal for the calorie intake being so low but with your other issues I would say definitely mention it xxx good luck xxxx -

Good luck. I was sleeved on March 15 th and it's the best thing I've done. After surgery I did go through a down stage where I wondered what I had done to myself but now after 100 lb loss I feel amazing. Just be prepared for the low days but remember it's normal. You will be fine xxx

I've now decided after 6 months to start running. I'm only running a mile a day but hey it feels great ! Couldn't of done it before due to my weight so another benefit of the sleeve ! I will shift the last 56 lb and get to goal !!!

I am so happy. 90 lb in 6 months is beyond my wildest dreams ! I'm happier healthier and more confident. This sleeve is a miracle worker for me and I love it !!

I'm amazed. It's taken a lot of hard work though -
I can not believe how fantastic i feel and only 14lb till ive lost 100lb Only 65lb till goal ! I thought it would be a longer road than this but after only 5 months ive achieved so much I am 1 very happy sleever !
