After the first day of summer challenge I set a goal to get down to 270 by my birthday at the end of August. That was a goal of 29 pounds, as of this morning I've lost 10 so only 19 ( or maybe more) by my birthday! Good luck on getting to your goal, sounds like you got this! -

UPDATE - as of this morning I'm at 319! Only 20 pounds to go to reach my goal of 299! With almost 5 weeks left I think I may just make it!! =] -

Here is my update, as of this morning I'm at 329.8, I'm doing this based on the actual first day of summer not June 1 as some are doing. I set a pretty agressive goal so I'm not sure i will achieve it but I'm going to be very close and at that weight I will weigh less than I have in over 20 years! I'm happy with the results so far, and I'm excited to see just how close I can come! Have a great day everyone! -

I'm curious about this too! I know that exercise both cardio and strength are the best thing, but if there is an effective cream that will work in conjunction with the exercise... well I'm in!! :-) -
Good for you! I'm looking forward to being able to shop at Macy's again! It will also be really nice to not have to pack for every possibility when I travel because I can't just go anywhere and pick something up off the rack if I need it! So much to look forward to!! Have a great rest of your day!

Hi everyone, I was sleeved on 2/19 as well. So far everything has gone well! I weighed 396 at initial consult, 380 on surgery day and as of yesterday (4 weeks out) I'm at 352! Down 28 since surgery, 44 total and feeling good! -
I'm four weeks out, tube down after I was out, and was gone when I woke up. No catheter was used either which I was very happy about! The one thing I didn't think about...but should have, they shave you during prep! I overheard the nurse tell the orderly that got me from I was checked into say "nipples to groin should be fine" and then buzzzzzzzzzz! Pretty funny! I'm down 28 pounds and have not had any regrets!
