[size=5][font=comic sans ms,cursive][b] I'm pretty sure that I'm older than most sleevers, but I want the remainder of my life to be quality time. I want to be in the stream of things, not on the sidelines looking on. My husband and I love dancing, bowling, camping, and fishing. A few years ago we were dancing at club that had mirrors on one wall I saw our reflection and was immediately ready to leave and not go back until I lost weight. I started gaining in 1996 after a complete hysterectomy. Up until that time 130 lbs. was time to watch what I ate. Last year I hit 235. I had tried so many diets, well known and fly by night. I it was a diet I would try it. I did a year of weight management at my work and still could no loose. I have an irregular heartbeat and have to be very careful with exercise and can take nothing that speeds up my heart. I lost 50 lbs last year with HCG but as soon as I finished the diet and tried maintenance I started to gain it back. When I started this journey I was at 219. Have lost 4 pounds on the protein and boxed dinner protocol that the Nutritionist told me to try. Surgery next week 5/16 and I am so excited.[/b][/font][/size]
