Try taking double of your vitamins or vitamins for pregnancy. Also is very expensive but sky mall has something for hair loss maybe you can find it on eBay for cheaper. I wish I knew the name start with sky mall.(it will give the description) but honestly I don't know how much you lost but it's all temporary and will grow back once you start eating more. This is a cliché but remember protein protein protein!

Surgeon has only done 26 sleeves
Ms24 replied to ChristmasJanet's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hmm ok My surgeon has done 22 sleeves and over 1000 lap bands. He has a 100% success rate so far with sleeves. Where it's considered the newer surgery, I actually found bariatric surgeons not having extensive experience. TRUST ME , I've been worried - but I'm far more concerned about my weight/health. He's had high success with the other bariatric surgeries. He's the head of the Surgical Weight Loss Specialist of Mass. Do your research and talk with some of his sleeve patients. Today was my pre op and he offered to connect me with some of his first patients. I almost considered going to mass for my skin removal surgery I heard the surgeons do it at a discount. Plus one of the top hospitals. -

I would go with your gut!!! I'm pretty sure the intern had a big part of my surgery. A year later he's now practicing there. I think once they get that level they're all experts. Let me know what you decide. -
Vitamins are making me sick
Ms24 replied to rbtnln's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi everybody pioneer vitamins are very good( you can get them at whole foods) I try to stay away from anything that has iron since you may have a hard time going to the bathroom .I also wouldn't recommend taking a vitamin close to bedtime especially vitamin B 12 (that's for energy) I usually take calcium and D vitamin in the evening. Help that helps. Good luck!!! -

Try to purchase high-protein chocolates -
I am not a fitness instructor but I know that I took a class at my gym called willpower and Grace. It's the best class! It wiped into shape ;I believe it's due to that class that people refer to me as "tiny"

I still don't .I'm approximately nine months out. It obviously will not kill you but it adds air to your stomach and my dietitian point of view it does something to activate your hunger . Best of luck!

Circumferential Body Lift Done 12/6
Ms24 replied to Scout1234's topic in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
If I go through with the surgery in New Jersey ,I'll have it done in a surgical center. Last time I was skinny I needed a breast reduction it was so easy and although they lost volume I still get compliments on them/how great the plastic surgeon did(my gynecologist) sorry forgetting of track basically I couldn't imagine not having one night in the hospital. It's crazy because now I might actually get implants. It may seem a bit obsessive but I just want my old body back. And I have it just with tons of extra skin. Forgive me for not being very articulate with my writing… But last time I did have an overnight stay. I have a very close acquaintance who just went to the same surgeon I can't wait to talk to her. And actually see her new boobies. -
Thanks girls for information. I'm so excited about Florida if you hear of a plastic surgeon out there let me know. I feel I have extra skin. My nutritionist/dietitian and the surgeon who preformed the sleeve we came up with a five more pounds weight goal and then I can have surgery. I do have a surgeon here, it may be easier just to have it in Jersey but complicated with work etc.

Thanks a lot Kim! I will Definitely check it out. Let you know when I Do.

Seems like you're doing a great job Donna keep it up. Medications are terrible they do all sorts of things. That's also how I gained my weight: so I understand. Don't give up!

May I ask how long everyone waited to have the extra skin removed or the lipo? The doctor who performed my sleeve thinks I'm jumping the gun a little bit. It will be a year in April.for work reasons I wanted it done this dec. it's a three-part surgery. I just wanted to be able to wear a bikini again.(guess next year) -

thanks ,I did lose a lot of weight .( I'm very tiny 4'11 )every pound counts. Also I gained the weight so fast. The surgery was the only thing that actually helped. Both (plastic )surgeons said I don't need a facelift since they say I'm so young and it's just my neck that needs it .(well besides my inner thighs arms and stomach )they would make the incision under my chin. I hope you recover soon! -
