Hi All, stalls are very common. Its only been a week. I've had stalls that lasted 2 weeks. Just keep up what you are doing, it'll start up again. Best of luck

Hi All, Just a couple of questions if anyone out there can help me. Had my surgery on Sept. 26, 2012. have lost 76lbs. to date. As of the first week of Jan. the weight loss has slowed down drastically. It now takes me 2 weeks to lose 1lb. I walk 2 miles ever day, but the weight does not want to come off. I only eat 3 small meals a day that consists of mostly protein. A co worker of mine that did not have surgery suggested I eat 4 to 5 small meals a day. does anyone have any suggestions? Thank...

Hi Holly5.3, I had my surgery on Sept. 26, 2012, roughly 2 weeks before you. I also had alchol already. It was about 5 and a half months after surgery and I was fine, just don't enjoy it as much as before. Since we are so close in surgery dates and starting weight I would like to ask you a question and anyone else who's reading this. About 5 weeks ago it started gettig very difficult to lose the weight. I'm lucky if I lose 1 lb. a week. haven't changed my diet. I've doubled my cardio from 30 minutes once a day to twice a day and nothing. Im getting very discourraged. Also how many times is everyone eating? I was told only 3 times a day. I would love someone's input. Thanks
