  3. scale is moving again!! Going to gym 5 days a week--- usually for an hour (treadmill, bike, elliptical). Trying to up my calories just a bit (as NUT advised) snacking on 100 calorie pack almonds & Holy Guacamole 100 cal packs-- avg about 800/ day. Trying diligently to get 60-80 g of Protein each day. Water seems to be my biggest struggle -- avg ~40-50 oz per day

    unjury is the only one I can tolerate at this point. I ordered the starter pack first (~$25) with a couple packets of each flavor . Liked the unflavored & strawberry best. Strawberry mixed with Crystal Light Lemonade is my fav

    SW 272 CW 252 Walking 1 1/2 miles per day & Riding stationary bike or doing Wii Exercises 30 min per day -- did 55 mins of Zumba yesterday (first time ever!!!!) Avg around 800 cals per day Feeling great. Lots of energy. Only problem getting water/fluids req everyday (avg 45-50 oz)

  12. I'm right there with you all. Been at a stall for 2 weeks. So very frustrated!!! Had follow up Dr's appt today & he confirmed that I'm doing what I'm supposed to -- stalls are normal & the weight will come off

    Need help increasing calories

    This seems so crazy to me but I need help increasing my daily caloric intake. Currently, I mainly able to get about 700 calories a day -- which I realize is starving my body & of course I'm not losing any weight. But I'm eating at every meal-- granted small amounts ( but it's all I can eat), getting 50-70 g of protein .. Fluid intake is a little under (48-56 oz) a day I'm not hungry but know that I need to eat more Any advice?!?!??!?!

    Talked to Dr today. He told me not to worry about calories. Keep protein & fluids in check. Body is adjusting & weight loss will happen. Made me feel a little better :@)

    Finally found a Greek Yogurt that I can stomach. Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurt with Blueberry... Not too bad

    stall and weight gain?!

    I'm so glad to read all these encouraging posts!! I have been fighting the same 4 lbs for 4 weeks & am soooo frustrated. 5-weeks out -- on soft foods. track everything that I eat on MFP. I have driven myself just about crazy trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Averaging 700-800 cal/day. 60-64 oz of H2O & 60-70 g of protein. Reading y'all's words helped me to see that this too shall pass!!!
