trough non surgical, physician supervised methods, such as diet, exercise, behavior modification programs and pharmaceutical interventions..???? I always did my diets by myself, zumba at home, dvd aerobics, or otc diet pills..., I have medical records with my health problems, but no any supervised diet....My insurance only request that, not a 3 or 6 months supervised diet....anyone would help me with any idea or experience? Thanks!!! Maybe I can write a letter explain my situation...but I think I would be deny if I not meet all their criteria...

When I talked with my PCP about the WLS, she just told me very bad things about the bariatric surgeries. Well, I knew that she doesn't know too much about it....the next day, I began the search for a new pcp and I have a NEW one! Very supportive and I'm so happy during my preop journey.... Change your pcp!

I'am very confused about the different dr and options... I want to have a fast process, I'm over a year searching info, reading and learning, now I'm ready! I would like to know how long takes the process in some MA WLC,like Beth Israel,Brington-Steward, UMass, Wing MEmorial, etc, etc...any other suggestions? I am doing my reasearch you know..., Debra answer my first email three days later, but Alma from Ready4achange, answer me in 15 minutes or less,,, another thing about Dr. Ponce is the hospital, I didnt like the photos.....I dont know, but I heard too a very good references in this forum about him...I just want more info.
