Hello everyone! Tomorrow will be 3 weeks post op. I'm following my diet as instructed. I also started exercising. Seems I've hit a stall? Could this happen so soon? By no means am I complaining, I've never lost weight this fast in my life. Just seems that my clothes are falling off and I can see the weight loss. Just wondering why I'm not seeing the scale move. I've been stuck at this weight for almost a week. Thanks !

13 pounds down.. pretty excited! Must say was a good week. Pain was tolerable . Another week of liquids then can move on to yogurt . Hope everyone is having a good week.

Every Dr. is different. I'm also on 8th day and still on a clear liquid diet + protein Drinks.

Yes you still need to do the liquid diet. I just had my lapband removed and sleeved and I had to do the diet. I think everyone does it because it is needed to shrink liver for surgery on stomach

My husband wasn't on board either. But he does know my struggles with my weight . He also knew I wasn't very healthy, and at the end of the day he wants me to be around.

lol. Today I'm much better. I did a lot of walkng and yes it helps. The jello not so bad. Going to try some optifast for lunch. Did you go home yet? I went home yesterday

I'm better today. Yesterday I was miserable. Today I'm having a lot of gas pains. Started liquids today, can honestly say I'm not hungry . How are you? How did you yesterday ?

So many to list. First can't wait not to shop @ Lane Giant. Fit in arm chairs. Able to ride the rides. Share my tiny sons airplane seat. Tie my shoes with out getting winded. Not cover up at the beach/pool. Sure more will come to mind lol -

Thanks for asking this question ... was wondering also. My husband is dropping me off not sure if he will stay ( as per my request not to). He wants to though so well see. I'd rather him come back at night to see me. My mother in law is watching my kids and she may need his help. -

Thanks ! I've been on the for 2 weeks. I'm a little upset that I only lost 7 pounds. On Thursday I weighed in at the Dr's office when I signed consent and he cleared me.
