I have bariatric fusion shakes that I mix w lactaid that have 35 or 36 g of protein and sams club carries a milk based shake called premier shakes w 30g of protein in them. The chocolate of that shake is the best to me. They also have vanilla.

I too have this same thing and was told the same thing. I'm only 5 days post though. The more active I am sometimes the more it hurts. I have found that the binder helps and when that fails I just sit down for a bit I just keep saying it will get better because I know that it will!

Yikes! Is ur surgery still on track? I had to switch to lactaid. The milk 3-4 shakes a day was sta rting to go straight through me:(

So my dr said this could very well be a direct result of an intolerance to milk. I don't know, I'm not lactose intolerant but I've also never drank this much milk. He said if it persists I should switch to soy or lactose free milk.

I had a slight cramp like that this past Sunday. Short lived though. Seeing my dr today. Ill tell you what he says.

Hang in there. For me it seems as if One minute I was feeling the same way that you feel and then in an instant I had a date and was on my liquid diet. April 10th is my date and I just found out. Now all the time I spent preparing seems like it was just yesterday when it all began.
