I Want To See Before & After Pics!

My bad, let me clarify what I meant! Stay away from simple carbohydrates. Complex are ok as long as protein and veggies make up the majority of your meal. Better?

Heck yeah you can gain weight!! Stay away from carbs! If you are going to snack make sure it counts! I have definitely learned that the hard way!!

I Want To See Before & After Pics!

Well I did really well till about 5-6 months ago and started letting myself slide. Gained like 10 lbs. But then my dr put me on cymbalta in November 2012 and that caused some serious carb cravings! I gained 30lbs in almost 3 months! So I've finally gotten that out of my system and am losing again. Have to make a conscious effort not to snack, that's my down fall. But everything's finally falling back into place!

    Losing Hair

Make sure your dr checks your vitamin D level too! When I was 2 years out and STILL losing hair I was just a basket case. After a ton of testing they found my vitamin D3 level was seriously low. That was about 4 months ago and can tell such a BIG difference! Lots of new growth! Takes a month or so to catch up, then it'll start growing!!
  7. You look so great! Feels awesome doesn't it?!

  9. Nice to meet you! I have to say its certainly been an adventure! It's absolutely without a doubt the best thing I ever did for myself! The past year I have found myself at times reverting back to bad habits, but over all it's still a day by day conscious effort I still have to make. My next goal is to start exercising again now that it's warm outside (finally!) How about you? How far out are you?
