My nutritionist upped my protein to 100g a day, 2 fruits, 2 veggies and 2 good carbs. Told me to stop working out for 2 weeks and make sure I kept up on my water. I broke my stall with a 9 lb loss....sometimes your body just needs a break! I am 9 months out and I am down 135.2 and at now below my goal weight! . I love my nutritionist!!!!
