Bite the bullet......time to replace them. Of course waiting till you shed all the weight will certainly make recovery easier.

    So mad at myself

OK, this is not what I really want to say but that would not be productive. Try this.....Divide and conquer. No matter what it is, never eat from the bag. Never. Count out the correct serving size and put the bag away. You will eat slower trying to make that tiny portion last and it will allow you to keep track. When eating from the bag or package you will never know when to stop. Don't blame it on the sleeve. You have to know the right amount to eat. I eat almonds late at night watching tv and it takes quite a while to eat a single serving when crunching on them one at a time.

    Pain in my left calf

DVT's are nothing to shrug off. Isolated tender spots can also be a symptoms. So can a dozen other things. If it were me, I would get it checked out. A simple ultra-sound can eliminate any concerns. I had similar issues after knee surgery. Only when I questioned the possibility of DVT's did they agree that it would be advisable to run a test. It came out clear, which was a relief. Even so, I was glad to have done the test to be sure. I always believe in being my own advocate. Good luck, I hope it is nothing.

Can you live off just Protein Shakes & Vitamins?

Who knows? But what would be the point. Your question doesn't make any sense. You wouldn't be able to live the rest of your life on just shakes. (probably not even six months) Besides, trying to just get by with only Protein shakes would be just another temporary measure that would simply set you up for failure later. You can also be certain that saturating your system with only protein shakes would not only be detrimental, but dangerous. You need to use the benefit of the sleeve's limited capacity to help you lose while your learn to eat the correct foods that will provide you with a healthy lifestyle once you reach your goal weight. The shakes are called protein supplements for a reason. Their primary purpose it to supplement a well rounded diet of normal healthy foods. You need to deep six any thought of trying that plan.

    Pain reduce

Not sure what type of pain you're referring to. For overall....your Doc should have given you something like Percocet or similar. If it's unsettledness or heartburn....try Tums, Gas-X or the like (chew 'em up) And as far a chewable. Ehhhh. wrong. I was taking my meds (pills) right away. ( I did cut the huge ones in half) Gotta admit though, I do use gummies for Vitamins. (better taste, I guess)

    2weeks and 2 months

Ok......you need to take it down a couple of notches. They're gonna need to put you in a straight jacket for the surgery. Go to a movie or take up a hobby. Get your mind on something else. It's not likely to be a big joyous celebration. It's gonna be some difficult adjustments and a long tedious effort. Try to stay focused and relaxed. Try some of that Zen, Yoga stuff.......

    question

Mourn smorn..............the stomach is not an appendage. It just holds food. Too much food in our case. The smaller one is still doing the same job. We're not handicapped by having a smaller stomach. All we have to do now is re-train the brain to put in the correct foods in the right amount from now on. I am rejoicing. My huge stomach never did me anything I am pleased about. I'm glad it's gone.
