I work at a computer for a Medical Insurance Company, I was only off a week.

I work with a Personal Trainer twice weekly. And do some crunches, pushups and squats at home. I also have a week-end job where I pull lots of pallets. I need to work on cardio. That is the hardest for me to do.

I was sleeved on the 17th and I have lost 43lbs.
