    PB2?

I put real peanut butter in my chocolate shake. Just a spoonful. It makes it taste yummy! It also gives you extra protein.

Shrimp has been great for me...I buy them already steamed from the grocery store and add old bay seasoning. The go down really easy. My Nut. suggested this to me.

I don't drink my shakes everyday either. I do take multi and B12. No calcium yet. I need to get with the program. I have lost 37lbs since April 3rd. I need to find some protein that I like or a way to be able to take it!

Yes! I thought the very same thing! I still have pain in that spot if I bend the wrong way or sit for too long. I asked the Doctor if he was sure he connected everything right. He said that it was normal. We will see!
  14. Sometimes after surgery being down and depressed is very normal. I was like that for a week. I am at 4 weeks tomorrow and it has definitely gotten better. Hang in there!
  15. I use the broth from the Boxed Lipton Chicken Noodle Soup. It tastes really good and goes down easy!

Mine was just like that too...it goes away. I am almost 4 wks post op and it is almost completely back to normal.
  17. I have pain in the same place and I will be 4 wks out on Wednesday. Mine is definitely muscle. I still have a hard time sitting for very long. I have also heard of people getting what they call a stricture. That is when your opening is being blocked by scar tissue, I believe.
