your amazing Misty,Im one month on Wednesday and I am never full in stomach.Everything just feels its stuck in my throat .Im on purée s but when I eat 1/2 cup it doesn't feel like I've eaten .Also ,just letting all know back pains are still with me but starting to ease.Ive had blood tests,scans ect and it turns out my pancreas has been inflamed from the op.Also have sharp stomach pains which is also related to the pancreas.If I was loosing it may seem not so bad but scales haven't moved for two weeks.Sorry about the winge.I hope next weeks better.

hi Bec,mine didn't work till about day5.And even then it was more liquid than anything ele.Im 2weeks one day out and I have become more regular in the last few days.

Back from docs and blood tests done.he thinks maybe my pancreas is inflamed as it is very close through the op.Blood tests should show if its something else and hoping it goes away within the next week.Hope all went well Bec.Funny how everyone's journey is so different.

Hi Brendani,I hope it's something like that.fingers crossed.Trouble is I had no nausea.vomitting or gas pain.Incisions hurt at first but not now.Off to docs now.Keep you posted.

I have called the doctors and now he has got back to me.i have to go in today in 3 hours.he wants to see me.Blood tests ect.So nervous,hope this isn't anything.

ist funny you should saythat because its the back pain which is the worst .5 incisions and really not wanting to drink anything.But I ammakingmyself.Clear broth,protein shake,juice.dont feel like I'm drinking enough.This better be worth it.

Well how's everyone going,I was sleeved 2days ago and feeling a bit sorry for myself.Also could someone show me there diet plan the first 2weeks.Its a little bit different in Australia and I don't need to have a certain amount of protein.
