Hello everyone! I'm beyond thrilled that I found this forum as I'm not telling too many people about my tentative surgery (you know how many people can be so quick to judge) and I know I'll need a support system. What better support than those that have gone through the same thing? I'm going to a weight loss surgery seminar tomorrow as I have yet to officially decide which surgery I'd like (although I am heavily leaning toward the sleeve). My first doctor's visit is scheduled for next week and I'm more than excited to get this ball rolling. Yet so nervous I could puke at the very same time (I'm guessing that's normal?). You guys have been extremely informative as I've been lurking on this forum for about a week now. However, I do have a question I'd like to post for the post-op patients: If you knew then what you know now, what would you do differently? Thanks to all in advance for your insight. Jess
