I'm at the 18 pound mark so far. I'm a little scared its coming off so fast without working out. I can't wait to get the clearance to start working out again. Scared of the lose skin.

Liquids have been constant problem for me too! I have to force myself and make sure to count my ounces of water and grahams of protein.
