Well, here I am to finish out the end of the month, got in a another 7 miles, and another strength session, but I have now come down with bronchitis, so won't be able to add anymore to my total today( I'm off work and feel like c***p, can't even talk or I start to cough, hope the antibiotic kicks in soon.) So. MTD-107 miles, 10 yoga classes, 10 strength sessions, I kind of fell off doing the plank thing, got up to 25 seconds, maybe will try it again next month, I will be in for January, can't wait to add in my eliptical and bike. Even if I lose weight slowly, I will be a fit slow loser. Ha! fat, take that!

Got some more mileage in , added another strength class, am waiting for hubby to rearrange the basement area to accomodate my fabulous new eliptical/recumbent so I can use it, MTD-97 miles 10yc,9 ss, I should be able to break the 100 mark on walking and hope to get in at least one more strength session before the end of the year. if you told me a year ago that I would be doing all this exercise I would have been rolling on the ground laughing.

My sister-in-law said at our family Christmas party that you two(my sis and I) are getting so skinny, it felt great not to be the fattest person in the room!

Merry Christmas everyone! I have been keeping to at least my 3 miles a day, got in 2 more SS, and I got the eliptical/recumbent combo machine that I wanted for a Christmas gift, WooHoo! My friends think I'm crazy 'cause I wanted gym equipment for a gift, but I say if it's what you really want, why not? I have the best hubby! So MTD- 87 miles,10 yc, 8 SS.

Holiday time is not a good time for my exercise goals, I have been slacking big time, still managed to get in my walking and a couple of classes, but not as much as I wanted to. MTD-75miles 10 yoga classes(which will be it for the year as class is done til after the 1st), 7 strength sessions. Sorry GG, I've been slacking off on the planking, got up to 28s, and then haven't kept it up, will do better next month.

Added 3 miles on sat, and 3 miles on sunday, also 1yc and 1 ss. MTD-58miles, 4 yc, 5 ss, 25s plank, so busy with Christmas stuff no time for anything else!

Haven't posted for 2 days so am adding another 8 miles and a yoga class,MTD-49 miles 7 yc, 4 strength training(still hate it) and 25s plank. I like walking and the yoga class but I know that it's the strength training classes that helps build up the muscles so i still go... reluctantly...

Come on GG, you can do it, I saw your dress up pictures for Thanksgiving, you are look'n fine, got to keep that form up!! Go get'um!!

ok, so I've missed posting for a couple of days, but I haven't skipped doing my walking or classes. MTD-42 miles 6 yc, 4SS, and up to a 25 s plank, I hope to beat my original goal of 30s for the plank, will just have to wait and see.

I too did the Christmas shopping thing today with the hubster, i used my pedometer and logged in 5.5 miles. MTD-29.5, 4yc, 2SS 20s plank. was going to do the plank thing again to day but after marathon shopping, did just not have enough left in me to do it.

Way to go! It's those things that other people take for granted that really mean so much to me now that I can do them, and obviously to you too!

Ok, got in 4 miles on thurs, another SS, did the plank thing, am up to 23s, woohoo!, and today got in 4 miles, a yoga class, did the plank thing again up to 25s-progress!(darn jello arms!) so MTD-24.5 miles 4yc, 2 SS. 25s plank

5 miles today did the plank thing again, still only did 15s, I truely am a wimp! Love the yoga class would do it everyday if I had the time. MTD-16.5 miles 3yc, 1 ss, 15m plank

Added 4 miles today, 1 more yoga class, I started the plank challenge GG, did a whole whopping 15s before I fell on the ground! So.... MTD-11.5 miles 2 yogas, 1 strength and 15s plank

OK, day 2 kind of slacking today, only got in 3.5 miles today, just didn't seem to have the energy. MTD-7.5 miles 1 yoga class, 1 strength class

LV, I think you are truely amazing, I always look for your posts, they make so much sense to me. You are one of my heros on here, why would anyone try make to make this about a competition, we should all be here to support each other. Love you LV, keep your chin up!

Ok started out with 4 miles today, 1 strength session and 1 yoga session. Guess what I'm pretty good at the yoga stuff, this may be my favorite thing to do at the gym. I will try your plank challenge GG, Lord help me!
