Oh, and I'm 5'3... No advice other than stick to plan, and exercise. Know it's not the end of enjoying food, and there are still a TON of yummy, healthy, things to eat!

I was 305 at my highest, 292 day of surgery, and I'm 212 this morning!

Nah.. I just really try to stay on track, and I joined the gym. I had alot to lose! Still do!

Tomorrow makes 3 months! Down 84lbs since the start of my pre OP. The first picture is the morning of surgery (I was already down 12lbs). Top picture is 2 months out, bottom picture is a few days ago. Tomorrow makes 3 months! Starting weight:305 Day of surgery:292 last week:221

Its shrinking, but my lower tummy area is going to be bad, I can already tell. I had twins tho, so I think even if I were naturally skinny it wouldn't be too cute. I notice a little extra skin on my arms and leg area already, but nothing horrible, yet. Hopefully it'll tighten up!

Good luck with everything!

Thanks everyone! From what I hear, how I feel is pretty "normal". I can't really see the changes in myself physically, until I put side by side pictures together. My clothes are changing, I feel sooooo much better throughout the day.. But looking at myself in the mirror, there's no difference.

I can't believe the difference 2 months makes! Sleeved 3/18

Thank you! That really made me smile!

I work out at least 4 times a week, and I just eat like I'm supposed to. I DID have a bite of a sugar cookie today. Just one tiny tiny bite.. But other than that, I never cheat. I had ALOT of weight just sitting around ready to come off!

If you have an Heb close, they sell mootopia. It's lactose free, with 12g of Protein. I drink that instead of milk by choice just to get in some protein!

I'm 6 weeks post OP!! I'm a horrible horrible sleever tho. It's not about eating things I'm not supposed to... I just rarely eat. I get in about 25-30 g of protein every day. I haven't had a protein shake since about a week post OP. I can't do it. The thought of a protein shake makes me wanna hurl. I'm released to "all" foods now (except the breads, pastas, rice) so I'm trying to get my protein from food, but clearly it's not working. I don't even eat veggies or fruits anymore. Everything I eat it's protein, and I eat as much of it as I can in one sitting. That's another thing. No drinking 30 min before/30 min after.. How an I supposed to get all my water in?? I'm getting MAYBE 30oz a day. I'm going to wind up dying I fear. I'm working out, and losing great, but at what cost? Sw:309 Weight day of surgery:292 CW:258

This is my progress. Left is morning of surgery.. Right is this morning!

Thanks. I just emailed my nut asking for a one on one appointment. I know what I am needing to do.. It's just being able to do it. I have a very hectic life (twin 2yr old daughters!) And I think that prevents me from managing my time properly.
