You could have several things going on with you. 1. your blood count could be low 2. you can have a Iron deficiency or 3. you need to come off your blood pressure medicine or your blood pressure medicine needs to be changed but make sure you go see your doctor.

12/11 down 52 lbs. -
You look great. Keep up the good work. You look so much happier and younger.

Muscle weighs more than fat. I am of the overall opinion of size is more important than weight. Ive been 200 lbs before and wore a size 10. I was very much in shape back then. So don't be to discouraged.

Walking is the best thing. Try to walk every 1/2 hour or hour if you can. It helps a lot. -
Waivering Between VSG and Banding...Any Advice?
jtdavis71 replied to lifeschanges's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I went through the same thing. I meet people who had the sleeve and the results went what the expected and were going over to the the VGS. That made my decision a little easier. I've lost 50 lbs so far and I had my surgery 3 months ago. -
At my heaviest I was 275-280. I looked at my son's graduation pics in 2011 and was horrified at what I saw. It wasn't just the size I looked unhealthy and not really happy. I had to think about things and put my life in prospective. I was on 4 bp meds and knees aching. I asked myself if I wanted to live to see future grandchildren and different accomplishments in both of my children lives and the answer way yes. I lost down to 247 on my own and knew I needed help and then I found Dr. David Steinburg and began my journey. I had my surgery 12/11/12 and as of today I am 195 lbs.
