I had a hernia, band removal and the sleeve. I was in the hospital for three days and although I had discomfort after I was home, it didn't require any pain meds.

I sent my scale away! It was evil to me. I had stalled for 3 weeks and was very depressed until I tried on a side smaller pair of capris and they were too big!!! Don't go by the scales, just keep up the good work. This is your way of life now, enjoy it! -

I am 3 months and still can't eat potatoes in any form but that is alright because I had the band for 6 yrs and had not one salad so now I have a salad every day! -

I am 3 months out and still have to set my phone alarm to remind me to eat. If I don't get up right then, I hear the NEXT alarm 3 hrs later and then try to play catch up all day. I love it! Such a problem to have

I had a vevision to the sleeve in March of this year. Was banded at age 57 and will be 63 in October. I feel fantastic!!

My insurance paid for the band removal and hernia repair but since my coverage doesn't cover any bariatrics, I paid for the sleeve.

I have two tablespoons of natural chunky and I put it in a bowl and snack on it with a baby spoon. It is a really good go to snack for me.
