Started the process at 260, down four after two week pre-surgery diet. No pain post surgery, although uncomfortable as all hell with the gas and the extra fluid. Stayed an extra two days as my BP went nutty. Back at home I have really tried to stick to the post diet, but with a wife and four kids around it's hard to not, cheat, well advance a little early. Went to see the surgeon who blew a gasket when I told him I had some egg whites from a carton because I was feeling hungry and that my body "needed" something solid.
No regrets, but not eating isn't easy....hey...isn't that how we got here?
