    They typically can hem 2 sizes down. After that the pants won't look right. I am in that phase now where I am forced to buy clothes. It is fun though. Haven't worn a 34 waist in over 25 years.

    What stimulants are you using to handle all that training? Guarantee that is your problem. Even if you think you are stim free I would bet you are not and that there is an ingredient in something you are taking that is keeping you awake.

    Just checked the fitbit. Got 16373 steps in today for another 7miles on top of my 20 mile bike ride.

    I don't mind the stalls. I just look for the other changes, they are there. I am wearing a smaller pant now at 43 years old than I did in high school.

    20 mile MTB ride today. Think my total is up around 90 some miles this month. Not great, day care issues have held me back. I am also not keeping track of my gym routine and ARC cardio work.

  13. I will break off a piece of chocolate and eat it with almonds. Also addicted to crunchy stuff. Currently Terra chips, they are veggie but can't be that great for you. I am still losing and my cal intake is around 1100 a day but need to cut back on useless foods. I am eating more meat and raw veggies now.

    Honestly, no one there cares. They have all their own insecurities raging as well. Try a planet fitness so you get a free trainer and use them daily. Then when the weight comes off you will be a work out expert.

    October 100 Mile Challange!

    Ya I am done with the 100 mile challenge but I shoot for 400-500 miles a month. I have logged over 2800 miles since I started being able to ride again in May and have done over 8 races so far this year with 2 to go. Losing 100 lbs has done amazing things for my riding. I have always been good and fast but now... I am however joining you all for real in November and am going to shoot for running 100 miles. I am a terrible runner and this will be vet difficult for me!! This is awesome though. Most if not all of you go for it everyday and really pack it on at the end trying to make the goal. Century clubs are fun!
