Sleeved in February. The pic on left was holidays 2 years ago. I was 320 lbs and am now a very fit 194.

I bite my tongue 10 times every day I work out. People are rude and obnoxious at the gym. I am taking my Planet Fitness shirt to a custom shop and having them put "Gym Etiquette Police" on the back and I am going to start educating people about proper etiquette in the gym. I do however cut in on people hanging out or hogging things in the gym daily. I could care less and act as though I can't hear them with my ear buds in.

Specialized... Nice choice!

ARC machines are the best. They are easier on you body than an elyptical and can be changed to target different muscle groups. I would have one at home if it weren't for their cost.

^^ the Mio Alpha is a nice strapless HRM and is very accurate. I had one for a couple weeks. I didn't end up keeping it because it wasn't great with cycling. I had to use 2 separate units and prefer one. I have no issues with straps and wonder if your HRM is a newer model or older? Could be the difference in straps and it sliding down. I find I have to tighten my straps every so often and wash them once a week or so.

Nike GPS watch.

Look at this purchase long term. Do you plan to run or bike? If so out that into your thinking of what monitor you shop for. I use the bike gps watch that uses a polar strap. I get best of both worlds. Just a HRM for the gym and it is a GPS watch to track my rides and HR while mountain biking plus logs everything on the nike app so I can see my progress.

Count them and make sure you are using them, especially after working out.

I was over 300 and using our elyptical for years with no issues. That is a safety notice so you can't sue them. We have the Nordic track from Sears. Really nice machine for around 1k and I am a gym equipment snob.

50 per scoop? What brand is that and what is the carb value? Sure it isn't 50 per serving and a true serving is multiple scoops?

Assisted pull up machine and lower the assisted weight every 3 workouts. Also on the last 4 reps of your 3rd set hold the up position and lower yourself slowly taking 10 seconds to do so.

Planet fitness is only $10 a month with free trainers.

Pulls ups (set of 8 reps) straight to dumbell push ups (set of 8 reps) straight to 40lb dumbbell swings (10 reps) total 3 sets. 2 minutes rest. 1legged squats, 12 per leg with weighted calf raises (set of 22 reps) 3 sets. Single arm cable pulls, 16 reps per arm. Straight pull, raised pull and lowered pull. No rest between each, 16 reps each level and 3 total sets. 2 min rest. Single arm bench press with independent arm press. Superset with bent over rows straight to staggered arm push ups. The whole time I try to keep my heart rate above 125. After I am spent I run a mile on a tread mill.

Wow. Don't know if anyone here is using pre work out drinks. I go between several different kinds and am currently using the new Assault. This stuff is potent. I can feel my hair grow. Awesome out if the mind work outs though!!!

Never finding clothes that I thought I looked good in, ever. Now I grab size large anything and rock it out. I had an athletic fit shirt on this past Saturday and got a lot of compliments on my body. -

Ok. Trying to put it all together but might forget a few. 3 26 mile rides a week and a 28 mile race last weekend puts me at 262 miles so far this month on my bike. I have been running a mile a day (cool down at gym) 3 days a week that gives me another 9 miles for a total of around 271 miles for the month with a week to go. This weather change is slowing my riding down and schedule changes aren't helping either but will figure it out.

I do both. If I don't have time to drive I work out in the garage. I have it set as a small crossfit Gym with 10 different exercises I can do and modify to make more and a big clock to watch interval times. I also use insanity videos to change things up. They work and are meant for home.

Donor stomach to use? Plenty of people on here getting sleeved that having a stomach donated in your blood type wouldn't be to hard to find. You can keep down liquids tho? Start drinking weight gainer shakes. 5 a day!!! Get your calories up to 2000 with those. Sip them all day so your stomach doesn't notice as much and keep the air out (no blender) just shake and drink.

You went with a mountain bike shoe for spinning? Good for you. I use an old pair of MTB shoes when I take a spin class and keep my new ones for training on the bike and racing. Well worth the money. Hit up your local bike stores in September and you will get them for much less $$!
