I crave weird stuff like that now and again (general Tsao chicken for me). Seems once I order it and look at it I don't want it anymore. Especially knowing what is in it. Plus it makes me feel terrible even after a couple bites.

Polar has a new activity tracker that can do heart rate if you buy the strap (separate). I have a fitbit and honestly only use it for the silent alarm. Otherwise I use the Nike GPS watch with polar ANT strap for HR. I love it for mountain biking and the gym. I can turn the GPS off in the gym and just use the HRM and elapsed time. If your a gym rate you can simply purchase a polar strap. 99% if all commercial cardio equipment use polar HRM's so your HR will display on screen.

Protein protein protein.... Your body doesn't count calories. Just knows if it has fuel or not to burn. Keep it fed with protein. Good lean protein.
-
Then sip just Xtend during workouts and then drink same concoction 30 minutes after workout with 20gr of protein.
-
I use it on off days in the morning with my protein shake. Just keep it in the system. I don't take a double dose as I do on training days.

No haven't tried that. Creatine has been researched over and over and everyone comes back that it is by far one of the best muscle and performance building supplements you can use. It is an energy source, it bloats muscles (helping move nutrients to the muscle) allows itself to be burnt first before the muscle is burnt and on and on and on... Monohydrate bloats the muscle but is easiest to absorb. HCL does not bloat but is harder to absorb. Combo of both would be best with the Aminos pre and post.
-
That video was great. Have the link to the other 2?
-
Make sure the creatine is monohydrate and look for German engineering. It has been long known that they are best at this supplement. Also know you need 20grams a day for 5 days then down to 5grams a day forever. The muscle martini in the pic is my post work out amino. It has a lot more to it than just Aminos. I highly recommend it.

Aminos are good anytime. Particularly though before, during and after exercise. Same as creatine (mix together) if you are going to supplement that route. The Xtend is meant for all 3. I use a pre work out with Aminos and then Xtend during and GAT after with 5grams of creatine. I noticed gains within the first several weeks when I started. I can't imagine not cycling it now. I have given a couple of buddy's my bottle of XTend while on long mountain bike rides as they didn't eat right and didn't bring anything in case they bonked and they both now drink it regularly for it pulling them through the ride. I will also concur with fiddle man as I am typically never sore and work out HARD 5-6 days a week.
-
I also use Xtend (grape is by far the best flavor). It really helps on big work out days or long ride days. I also use GAT Aminos post work out and 30 grams of protien.

It never seems to matter for me. I always weigh the same.

Ha ha, I have the exact same story about my gym this morning.

Tough mudder and warrior dash are ok but don't compare to the spartan.

I am doing at least one this year hopefully 2. Chicago and Indiana are closest but they are flirting at one here in Michigan.

These are the birth foot prints of my two boys.

That cross fit is incredible. I can't afford that at this time so my work outs are very cross fit Oriented. Similar exercises with minimal rest and multi sets. I took today off. I realized I hadn't had a day off in about 5 days and muscles are sore.

Just do 30 burpees a day no matter what. Any variation you choose. I am going to start doing over the box this week to add a degree of difficulty to my (now named thanks to fiddle man) Manmakers holding 30lb dumb bells.
-
I don't know what happened. I got into my work out and totally skipped pull ups. Was a GREAT work out though.
-
Starting this morning.
-
Doing the pull up challenge, doing the 30 burpees a day challenge and continuing to increase my HIIT training.
-
I will start then as well. Keep other honest. :-)

Oh, forgot. I am a gym freak, 1.5 hours a day of HIIT training minimum 5 days a week. I struggled with results until I started hammering push ups and pull ups. Wow! Results started coming out of the woodwork. Shoulders, chest and arms are getting big and ripped. Love it. I do over 60 varying types or push ups daily with planking mixed in and pull ups (was assisted until last week on these) and 30 burpees with a push up in the motion carrying 2 thirty lb dumbells (no joke). Core and upper body strength is incredible. Every movement I make I can feel the flex. Awesomely powerful and I luv that I can manipulate my body weight with my own strength.
-
I am totally in! I just started doing unassisted pull ups last week. This will be awesome to progress with. Start tomorrow?
