Tastes awesome. I also mix it with my grape Isopure sometimes.

That's a good idea Fiddleman. I will have a trainer measure me tomorrow morning and get differences. Starting ZMA as well (should have been all along).
-
Nice. I am going to start on it today.
-
Zero caffeine in XTend

Fiddleman, are you taking HMB? Also do you get the magazine "Train"? Get both ASAP!! Read up on the HMB. Pretty sure you will heading to the store right away!

Wow awesome job, with it without C4. I like to think it just gives me that extra little push. Assault has something in it that makes my face feel like it is on fire for the first 5 minutes after drinking it. I can feel it hit though a little into warm up. Wow, love it.
-
C4 all the way then. 2 scoops.
-
Well, do you like to work out mad? Assault. If you just need to get through it and then keep working out? C4. If you really really want to kill it, N.O. Xplod
-
I like GAT Muscle Martini as well.
-
Oh, and if you want to get a little Of both but look super pumped, get muscle milks pumped. A bit hard to drink but man the NOS in it really works.

C4 is awesome for longevity in the gym. If I am going to spend 2 hours on hardcore circuits, 1000m row to man makers walking over a 24" box carrying 2 45lb dumbells (4 sets of 12) to clean and jerks with MIDO' (mechanical isolated down and outs) to hand stand push ups and 75lb barbell lunges and so and so on I drink C4 before. If I am looking to go big and crush some heavy weight, I.e. Bench, push ups, pull ups, squats or dead lifts I use Assault. C4 keeps me going. Assault is explosive and gives me tunnel Vision with ZERO pain. Love it!!! Drinking Xtend the whole workout if course.

That is awesome! I always like to set goals so I continue striving for something.
-
Personally hit my "goal" a while ago and realized I easily could go on. My wife had a goal 10lbs below my goal so I would have "some wiggle room". I have decided to shred a little bit so I cut out carbs and stepped up my training a touch. Holy quick response... I am about there and stoked at how quickly my body is responding to things now. Anyone else notice that ability as well?

Most flexible fitness monitor on the market today?

That Mio looks cool. I had the original a little less than a year ago. I was looking for more of an everyday watch though and that did not fit the bill at all. I actually found it to be not as useful and often didn't show any HR. I now use a Nike GPS watch with polar strap. Spot on and great for MTB rides. Also allows you to turn GPS off as not to kill battery life. There are a lot of activity sensors, GPS devices and HR monitors but really nothing that does it All yet. -
I don't know fiddle. Hadn't read much on the impuritys. I know that most of what I find with creatine is you need a sole source of it and add it yourself to whatever you are consuming it with I.e. Your protien, amino it pre work out drink. I cycle C4 and assault so I add 5grams to that and then 5grams to my after workout amino drink. I drink the XTend during.
-
Just eating/drinking good proteins, sticking with the Aminos and creatine and then fitting in fruits and veggies and the occasional handful of nuts. Working splendidly.
-
HUUN tabs in your water. This had helped me a lot with longer rides. My entire family suffers from severe leg cramps and has for generations. While there is little science into cramps and no cure there are homeopathic things like the potassium and magnesium but they are not cure all's. Dehydration is my bet. Adding electrolytes (salt) to your daily regimen should help you. Also finding your pre cursor. I can tell when I am going to get a cramp and can start flexing (loading and working that leg) or stretching it out to divert it.
-
Wow, that is an awful lot to consume in a day to get the Aminos you need.
-
There are Creatine chews out there and amino chews but they seem costly. Mono and HCL creatine are the 2 best and the more I read the more I find out using a combo of both is best as each body type is different and giving it both can cure the idea that one isn't as effective for you possibly (as useable). Look for German engineering on the creatine.

Polar has a nice one and it can incorporate heart rate. -
I supplement daily as well training or not. Creatine is not a cycle sup. you should NOT be cycling off. Your body develops it just not in enough quantity to get required results. I use about 10grams on training days and 5 grams on off days. Your body needs 5grams a day minimum.

All great ideas. Just keep it comfortable. Don't do anything you can't do for as long as you need to or start doing 3 or 4 different cardio machines each time to keep it fresh and moving.

Phenomenal post!!! So right you are. Thanks for putting the math to it DL. Put it ALL in perspective.

Absolutely what everyone should be trying to donor at least find a natural sweetening substitute like honey, agave and or palm leef sugar (great for baking).
