I'm down 65 lbs. It's been a bit tough at times, but I'm getting there, here's a progress picture.

Hello everyone. I'm finally home, three days in. I still feel weak. Doctor told me to sip on Water and Protein Shakes. I know we're supposed to get in a lot of h2o, and pre-op I could get down 100oz+ easily. I'm barely a 1/3rd of the way through one 16 oz. bottle.

How long until your intake increased?

Sorry some of you are having difficulty. i got home a few hours ago after getting sleeved yesterday. just used gasex strip for the first time and it's helping. my liquid hydrocodone just knocks me out too and helps me rest. i am having some "mind hunger" though...barely getting down my liquids.

Sitting in the hospital on day three here. The first two days I'm not going to lie, were the most difficult in my life. Pain, anxiety. Nausea... This morning I'm getting a bit better. Hope the progression continues in the right direction

The worst pain is like a soreness and our gassy feeling on left side. Any idea on how long this will go on for?

Between 700 and 900 calories per day.

I've got a lot to lose so that may explain some of the hefty loss. I haven't cheated as well so that helps.

I'm on day 13 of two week pre op diet. A couple Protein Shakes, lf cottage cheese, chicken broth. Down 28 lbs

July 1st is creeping up. Nervous, a bit scared, but ready. :-)
