I take Protein 7 that's exclusive to nutrishop. Look up nutrishop in your area. The flavors are great. 34 grams of protein in each drink fat burner and Aminos for muscle repair. With milk your protein will go up. High Vitamins... It's great look it up. It's 65 bucks but its a 5 pound powder last me two months.. http://vitasport.net/vitasport/products/protein/pro7ein-synthesis My vitamins I found through my mother which was very surprising my doctors didn't even know about it's called fusion Bariatric vitamins they are also great flavors and chewable. 20 bucks has all the vitamins you will need. Look it up they are great depending on the surgery the bottle will tell you what to take as quantity I take 3 a day... http://bariatricfusion.com/ I also use glucosamine pills for my Joints..

Well first I'd have to ask if you were drinking it to fast. There are other forms of Protein intake that have high grams! Try these forms of in take not the greatest tasting but if you're lactose intolerant these should work!! -
Light headedness during lifting and after circuit workouts
reyes33 replied to Fiddleman's topic in Fitness & Exercise
I have actually experienced light headedness during a pick up soccer match and lifting as well! Last week at my doctors appointment I brought that up!! Doc said simply that I have to stay hydrated and that it is very key that I take in complex carbs 20 before my workout. My trainer said I should consider trying Gatorade not g2 te regular. 8-12 ounces right before! I haven't had a problem since!! Make sure you are hydrating during workouts!! I feel like a pansy walking to sideline to drink water but hell I feel better when I do hahaha -
What and When to Eat Before and After Swimming
reyes33 replied to Poolguard's topic in Fitness & Exercise
Yes and I've been lucky enough that I workout late so when I get home I get two in one 39 minutes after my workout which they say is the best and right before bed! Lol. I have gotten actually pretty creative with my protein. Since my pro7 is no good no after taste and I love peanut butter I have started putting a teaspoon of PB2 in my protein and it's go good just like Reese's lol! If you haven't tried pro7 try it.. It's 34 grams of protein and it's very very rewarding as far as vitamins and extras! It's pricey but worth it! Also if you haven't had pb2 get it!! It's 80% less fat then regular peanut butter! -

Yes actually I was a 420 pound man 3 weeks before my surgery in total I have lost 88 pounds in less that three months! My doctors are very happy but I stick to the meals and portions and I hit the gym 4-5 times a week! I'm was a weird situation I actually was already swimming more than a mile 4-5 times a week before surgery. Also, doing three miles on elliptical and killing it on a bike! Stick with it stay focused and your success will very rewarding. -

That's a great idea!! Don't go with g2 Gatorade get the regular more complex carb in it. The protein after I can say truly helps me post workout. This had been a learning process for me as well!! 78 pounds down since June 22 I feel great! Feel free to ask any other questions you may have!! Good luck. -

I swim as and I mix that with cardio machines and weights before I also play soccer. I was told by my doctor and trainer to get in some complex carbs 20-30 minutes before my workout it will help with getting in a better workout with out hitting a wall. It had worked he also advised me to try regular Gatorade about 8-12 ounce before as that complex carb and it has worked!! -
