I know I should just let the scab heal & I reallllly did try and not retaliate but it's just not in my nature!! Lol.. I maybe don't get my words out properly on the first attempt but like to try and make sure people understand what I'm trying to say. I've been up to 33.5 a few years ago and went back down w the use of exercise & evil DIET PILLS lol .... We all know age do not help make weight loss easier... Also woman and their bloody hormones make life an up hill battle. I want to be my best & healthiest me! (Can't wait)

Can someone please explain to me what these are? "Strips" sound weird for something you ingest. Can I just get them at a chemist when I get to LA .. I'm not sure if we have anything similar here & want to be prepared.... I've just googled - so u put them on your tongue and they dissolve?

The girl I'm travelling with is only telling 2 people and will use "thyroid, diet and exercise" as reason for loosing weight. I %100 support her- even though I want her in the photos of our trip together! Lol I have a friend of a friend who in 6 months lost half her body weight through "diet & exercise" she was a very big girl and now is much smaller than me... Because I'm educated on this subject I feel she's had the surgery... Unless she had a big "a-ha" moment. She was a very poor eater - huge drinker and partied & never exercised... And is quite well to do. So had funds available as it all happened rather suddenly. A regular person will maybe be sceptical on it but believe it, but I think us on the inside (we should have a secret handshake) might raise an eyebrow and think "I wonder if she's a sleeve sister?" To ourselves lol. Good on you on whatever reasons you choose as its YOUR LIFE and you're the CEO of it... I was only mentioning the "thyroid" as another idea you could use ... Maybe loosing weight does help our thyroid anyway?! Lol

I personally will tell everyone that asks but it seems very split on people saying they will or won't - each to their own .. It was just an idea to add too I now just eat & exercise

But from your photo you have a very pronounced jaw line now and don't look "fat" ... That's when I know I'm going up again ... My face starts to look like Monica off friends high school days lol ... An I get that very deep neck like from where the roll is waiting to pop out ...

And I was trying to find a "fuller figure" photo but between not wanting any photos taken then/that's when I was with ex hubby/I got rid of any .. I'm finding it hard. Also I hide 1/2 my body behind someone or I make people stand on chairs so I have a good chin angle lol ... I'm not joking

Lol no I think by now id have to change my name and go full "witness protection" if I was trying to hide .. Just thought people might be more understanding if I didn't have the other photo from a "diet pill" period haha

Hmmm I get motion sickness very easily I wonder if that means ill have bad nausea? My friend who just flew Oz - mx got antibiotics ... I must ask if she needed them or it was a preventative measure for the long journey home.
