  1. Hi ... I'm active w boxing but the age old saying is now a reality to me "you can't out exercise a bad diet" it's really true loosing weight is %80 eating %20 exercise. I used to do 5/6 classes a week and the scale didn't move ... I heard about the spider technique somewhere and asked alma (coordinator) if he did it. She said he's "done like a hundred" I think $1000 is def worth it. I would of been happy w the scars but If it heals faster and less painful - why wouldn't you!!?
  2. Haha that would be so nice and we can go on our little hallway walks together!! Lol ... Are u flying via LA? I'm addicted to PiNk and will be stocking up! It costs $45 shipping alone to Nz!! Lol ... I actually wear a bikini now - I have big boobies that I hope draw the eye up and away from my lower half lol but hopefully they'll shrink and ill be able to for VS bikinis in a few months?!?
  3. Awesome! I feel this will catch on and be the way to do it soon - why wouldn't you?!
  4. FYI people: Kristina has been my mentor on here - i had a little bumpy road starting here and she helped me with my social retardation lol To be totally honest I don't feel scared or anxious anymore I think in most part because of this site. I've had a breast reduction and it was painful but to style worth it. Biggest fear is having complications on the flight home - that would be a little scary haha And the diet I have w Garcia is now light bfast day before surgery then liquids - I CAN TOTALLY CAN DO THAT!! lol I'm flying into LA for 2 days (shopping for size S clothes) and need to book my flights to SD, not sure how long my layover will be but on the way home could be easier?...
  5. Ur I got my 100th notifications email! Haha to be honest I'm gettin my info off here - also I have a friend in Canada who went a few weeks ago so I feel it's fairly legit. People say - "aren't u worried those people are paid by the drs?" It's quite possible there's a few but generally I feel confident it's all good. I was looking at cancun w dr Perez but plans have changed and dr Garcia looks very popular and great reviews. I'm hopefully traveling w a friend who will also have the surgery (I've given her this site to read) an as long as her money comes threw we are on our way in 6 weeks! Failing that ill be going solo ... But I see lots of woman do and are all feeling very safe about their decision. So excited!
  6. No I haven't yet - may hopefully .... But I think this looks like its worth the extra $1000 - plus I don't like my belly button lol
  7. Dr Garcia does it in TJ - extra $1000 ... I've had a quick investigation and it all seems more beneficial ... Less incisions (obv) also quicker healing time. Sound good to me! Lol
  8. To be honest I haven't even tried this product but I have just bought it for my auckland - LaX trip (and home again) in a few weeks . I've got friends who have tried it and say its great! Www.fly1above.com It's a 100ml bottle of concentrate you put into your water bottle Benefits - electrolytes (fatigue) , vitamin B (energy) polyphenol (supports circulation) low calorie ... As I'm on a loooong flight anything to help w circulation sounds good to me. I'm worried about blood clots - will also get the compression socks. I'm on my iPhone so won't list the whole ingredients but its apple juice / cider vinegar, magnesium etc ... Have a look on the website - just though someone might be interested.

On the plane to San Diego!

Hahaha Atlanta ... Try flying back to Auckland New Zealand after! They suggested we stay 3 nights in the hotel ... I'm also paying and extra $900 to fly premium economy from LAX -> NZ .... Going to be the longest trip home ever! Lol
  14. So, I'm most worried about not eating for 3 days prior rather then the actual surgery?! Which drs dont make u do it? And why do the others make u if its not entirely necessary??? I understand about shrinking the liver but I'm on the lower BMI end. I've asked my coordinator 3 times just to make sure I do have to do liquid diet for 3 days. Help please!

Mexico drs = NO diet pre op?

How stupid can they be to ignore her - obviously that would end up on here and be VERY BAD ADVERTISING ...

Mexico drs = NO diet pre op?

At this rate. So am I! ... Want to book it already
  18. Yes that are, I may not be as big but I have ALLLL the same feelings towards food as everyone on here - only diff is I don't want to waste anymore of my life and leave it till I'm older. Thanks but that photo has a lot of apps enhancing it haha x
  19. Believe me I called my friends in tears after "the fat chick" comment... And it went on for days - I never really thought I was big enough for this surgery as an option ... But I've come to the end of my tether. I feel invisible now which is hard when i used to get attention. I have 0 confidence and that in itself is very unattractive. I pictured a very different life for me by this age. And I know it's what's on the inside that counts but you need confidence!!! Thanks so much for your kind words and yes I think that lady meant it as a compliment - it was hard to fight back tears in a crowded plane tho!! Haha x
