I first met with the surgeon on August 27, 2012. Started with 6 month physician diet counseling in March 2012. Insurance was approved the first time, in 2 days. Surgery was penciled in for Decemeber 27th, but due to some family emergencies I had to postpone surgery.
My pre-op surgical consult is on March 26, 2013. At that date, a surgical date will be set, 2-3 weeks out.
