    8 days post opo

I don't think you should eat anything ...specialy the first two weeks. it's not right...you need time. i was told to stay on Fluids for two weeks , then mased food ( 4-6 ) weeks. depend on you. after that you can go back to normal food. however, it must be healthy and you need to chew it slowly. you can find a lot of info here. but i think you need to check with your doctor.

  9. surgery information

  10. Hello every one. My name is Ohood. I am 30 and new at this, so I don’t know what to do. I had my surgery 11 days ago. I don’t know exactly how I feel, sometimes I am happy that I did it, other times I feel sorry. I feel like I won’t be normal again. I wake up some times full of energy, other times I feel so tried that I just want to stay in my bed.it hurts a lot when I try to drink anything , and I am hungry all the time. I thought that after the surgery I am not supposed to feel hungry. Maybe it’s just in my head, I really don’t know. I lost 5 kilos so far, but I am not happy about it. Sometimes I feel like I am supposed to lose more. Sometimes I say it’s better to lose the weight slowly. I don’t know what I want. I did lots of research before taking the decision of doing it. I read a lot, and I truly thought that I was prepared for what will happen after the surgery, but I don’t think I was. Is what I feeling normal? What so strange about the whole thing is that my sister did it as well in the same day. However, she not going through the things I am experiencing these days.
