Congrats Tammy! I too have seen everyone I have been told to see and am now waiting by the mailbox to find out if my insurance will approve me. FINGERS CROSSED! Of course at the speed of my mail service that letter probably won't arrive until after I am sleeved, lol! Chances are, I will hear from the hospitals scheduling dept if I am approved, long before I see that letter. Good luck! Keep us posted! -

LOL, I used to have really long heavy hair, and I got so desperate to loose any weight at all before my WW weigh in, that I left an hour early and had it cut really short. Every week I would wear the lightest clothes I had, made sure I went to the restroom just before, took everything off I was aloud to take off and pray I had lost at least 0.01. Any loss is a good loss. -
Call your doc. All are different in what they want you to do. Mine said, as long as you're not doing crunches, or any real abdominal workouts, go full on. He told me I could hit the gym and start cardiac the day I get out of surgery.... Will I? Probably not. The first week I think I will stick with lots of walking. But yeah, call your doc or Barbaric Coordinator, she/he should know too.

You don't need a prescription. You can get it over the counter. I know where I live a bottle is under $5 at the grocery store and it works really well for me.
