How fast did you get to goal?

Right now my goal is doctors goal too because I not sure how much I want to weigh. I started at 246 on 5/22 and today I am 181 at almost 3 months post op. Docs goal is 160 so I am 21lbs away. He told me at my lat appointment I would hit goal by 6 months post op. -
I use egg beaters, piece of Canadian bacon, a few cherry tomatoes, diced onion and pepper and low fat cheese. Not a lot of fat/calories and full of protein.
