Question about how to save the "girls" once weight loss starts.
QueenBusyBee replied to adargie's topic in The Gals' Room
I definitely recommend working out your chest, its going to lift them and if they reduce a little from losing weight, building your chest muscles will help them keep looking full. Of course your genetics also have a lot to do with them getting smaller or not. I was a size 38DD when I had the surgery I've lost 46lbs and my chest is now a 34DDD so my abdomen and back shrinked but I kept the same volume as far as cup size goes... I do various chest, lats and arm workouts to help with my boobs. Hope this helps :-/ -
Gym etiquette.....is it just me......

You were definitely right! He left them there he does not own them, therefore anybody can use them. I must agree on the whole roid rage dudes get crazy on the juice.. but whatever I'm the type to avoid people like that, some people just have no manners. I know one time I was doing a couple of sets with bicep curls and I was using 2 different set of weights doing one set with one weight then immediately dropping and picking up the other weight, this girl out of nowhere comes and picks up one of the dumbell right from infront of my feet and walks away didn't ask or anything, now in that situation I know is not right I got so mad gave her the meanest look and she said, "oh were you using this?" No ****! She shrug her shoulders and started working out with it my husband at that point had to calm me down. Sorry, went on a little rant there... -

First time doing a before and after :-/, so far I'm 4 months out... 45lbs lighter, down from a size 14 to a 9.... -
Had my first glass of moscato at 5-6 weeks, took me forever to finish it felt pretty tipsy with one. I tried alcohol again for my birthday a month later I had 2 crown and orange juice and I think because I sipped on it so slow I didn't feel anything at all didn't get tipsy or anything. I am now 4 months out and once in a while I'll have a sip of my husband's margarita or beer I never get a drink of my own I can never finish it and I really only need a little to feel good..... lol

45lbs down and went from a 38DD to a 34DDD volume is still there! My hubby is making sure they dont go anywhere with chest press and lots of dumbell exercises lol!!!!!!

I used to be a chocolate lover pre op now 3 months post op I cant eat ice cream or chocolate, after a bite or two my whole mouth and throat start tingling, like its telling me its way too much sugar at once, and once it goes down to my tummy I get nauseous. Great thing that I dont crave either...I dont necessarily follow a sugar free or low sugar diet but for some reason those 2 I cant handle.

Congratulation Jen! What a great feeling it is when you meet your goals, just motivates you to keep going and be the best you can be...

I was one of those lucky ones I started eating salads at about 2 and half months, no issues what so ever.... if you liked that Wendys one you'll also like Chick fil a's Grill Market salad (romaine lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, grilled chicken, apples, strawberries, blueberries) mix of nuts on the side to add and granola but I skip on that... with about a tablespoon of their lime avocado ranch! Delicious!
