You want an umpaloompa?

I was March 18. As of yesterday i have lost 62lbs. I havent weighed myself today. I am hopeful when i do weigh i will have finally hit 199. I have been dancing around it for a week. I am a slow loser and thats ok. The scale is moving in the right direction and thats all that counts. My clothes dont fit and my hair IS falling out, but i will take my active busy life over the pain and inactivity i had before. And i thinkbi am cutting my hair short :-)

Some feel the need for human contact. They do that much like a 2 year old does. Bad attention is better than none. Unless you have contacts at the state department, you have no idea if her doctor is a foreigner or not. Its another attention provoking statement. Time to back up, take time to read your posts, and decide if the statements are what you really want to be known by. Bigotry isn't pretty. Thats all my Scots/Irish butt has to say.:-) -
How long do you exercise at a time?
Mousesmom replied to Khloé's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I walk with a friend on each break. So about 1/2 hour and between a mile and a half to two miles. I also have hand weights I use 2-3 times per week. I understand lots of people are not working out and still are losing. But I wanted to create a new habit for myself. -
How to get back on track!
Mousesmom replied to Jethica27's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Hi. I also had surgery on March 18th. While I have been good I have not been perfect. I dont eat bad junky, I have had a bite of chocolate and a french fry. I am a slow loser. 49 lbs since I started losing in February. Can I say, put the past behind. Start your process over again. You know what you have to do. Protein in, water in, exercise out. I wish you luck and much success. -

well you do have the horn. Bleat loudly little pink unicorn! The people who justified their eating bad, too much, etc... Will continue to try to find a justification. I figure its par for the humans. Although I am not sure how you justify Ice cream and chocolate. I tried fat free frozen greek yogurt at 8 weeks. Talk about sick! But then, experience is a good teacher -

Seems kind of silly to argue over muffins...or is that muffin tops? Tee hee...I am assuming not the sticking out over your waistband kind. A forum is an assembly or a meeting place. A place for discussion. Not all will be what you want to hear or the info you need. Let it go.
