You know, we want to most assuredly protect the band that was just placed. Protein is such a satisfying food. I impress upon all - those on liquid - add some kind of liquid protein. There are all kinds of them out there. Add nutmeg or cinnamon for a change. Vanilla and a little nutmeg. Banana with nutmeg.
Was a nice change for me during the holidays.
